Our frozen embryos – Vienetta, Twister and Magnum – will be defrosted and implanted any day now. I am very excited and nervous. Its similar to the feeling I get before England appear in the World Cup or, if they qualify, the Euro Championships. Whilst I am full of belief and optimism that that this time its gonna happen, deep inside I have already started preparing for the deflation and disappointment of failure. The missed penalty, the poor refereeing decision the needless sending off.
